If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Course Enrollment and Access

Registration

To enroll in our courses, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Course Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the course materials as specified in your course registration. Access terms vary by course type:

• In-Person Courses: Access is granted for the specific date(s) of the scheduled training session
• Online Courses: Access duration will be specified at the time of enrollment (e.g., lifetime access, 12-month access)
• Hybrid Courses: Access terms will be clearly communicated during registration

Account Sharing Prohibited

Course access is granted to individual enrollees only. You may not share your account credentials, course materials, or access with any third party. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, handouts, software, images, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Empower Digital Dental or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course materials
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our content
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to our courses or materials
• Use our content for any commercial purpose or competitive training programs
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Enforcement

User Conduct and Acceptable Use

Course prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all fees associated with your course enrollment at the time of registration.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and current.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by course type:

• In-Person Courses: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before the course date; 50% refund if cancelled 14-29 days before; no refund if cancelled less than 14 days before
• Online Courses: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 25% of the course content
• Group Discounts: Refund terms may vary and will be specified in your enrollment agreement

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMPOWER DIGITAL DENTAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Professional Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your professional practice and clinical decisions. Our training does not replace your professional judgment, licensure requirements, or continuing education obligations. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in your jurisdiction.

Certification and Continuing Education

Certificates of completion or continuing education credits (if applicable) will be provided upon successful completion of course requirements. We make no guarantee that our courses will satisfy specific continuing education requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying that our courses meet your professional licensing or certification needs.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or disruptive behavior. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of course materials in your possession.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Empower Digital Dental, its instructors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
